Qualifying Data

Qualifying Fields are used to filter out locations that are applicable for whatever task you are completing. For instance, if you were going to create window clings for flu shots to go in your grocery store, you would only want to include the locations which have a pharmacy. Therefore we would count up the number of windows in locations which have a pharmacy and therefore offer flu shots.

Quantifying Data

Quantifying Fields are used to track the number of items that each location possesses. For instance, if you are going to use Register Toppers as part of a marketing campaign, then you will need to know how many registers each location has in order to produce the correct number of Register Toppers.
